Our client is one of Australia's most luxurious and desired cosmetics brands. A role has been created through growth. Part AP, part Assistant Accounting and part management accounting.

With a cool and funky converted warehouse feel in the CBD you will be working alongside a friendly and professional employee - family feel. With approximately 20 employees in the Head Office there is a real shared sense of accomplishment and a supportive environment.

This role sits between the Financial Controller and Accounts dept, but you will be required to assist with all aspects. You will have a broad range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Assisting in month end reporting
- Assisting in Balance Sheet and profit and loss accounts
- Accounts Payable
- General ledger reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Variance analysis
- Management reporting
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

You will be degree qualified, your verbal communication will be very strong and you will have a strong grasp of accounting software and be a Whiz on Excel, ideally SAP Business 1 for our wish list to be complete. Some exposure to cosmetics, or import / export would be great as well! Previous manufacturing experience expected.

In return you will be well rewarded with a salary in the vicinity of $55k - $65k depending upon experience, have close access to Melbourne Central Shopping Centre and Station and be given the opportunity to grow with the company.
