The opportunity

Your job
Leveraging off a leading brand name and promoting these new services to the existing client base, you will work with middle market, mid cap and large cap clientele covering a raft of industries including private entities, well known corporations, private equity and government clients.
Upon starting your new role, you will be required to liaise with senior management to establish key performance indicators for you and your team and map out a business plan covering operational and strategic targets and objectives. Once established in this role, you will proactively grow your division through marketing / business development always seeking out new markets and opportunities
Your background
In order for you to be truly successful in this role it is important that you possess the following key skills and attributes:
- Minimum of 4 years management experience in a chartered practice.
- Technically astute with exceptional communication skills.
- Qualified CA or CPA (you will be mentoring others)
- Experience in performance management and staff coaching and managing a client high $$ value client portfolio.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of Business Service accounting / taxation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
