Financial Accountant position with one of Australias leading Real Estate groups, situated inbrand new office buildings in the CBD, you will be joining one of the Best Places to Work in Australia.
Operating in close conjunction with the Group Finance Controller you will receive invaluable mentoring within the role with a view to rapid career progression and a longer term succession plan.
This is a newly formed role which will offer you a wide range of duties and responsibilities in a key position. These will include but not limited to:

Maintaining general ledger, a/c payable and a/c receivable

Preparation of quarterly investment reports, notices to investors

Preparation of monthly management accounts
You will gain exposure to a number of business areas and work closely with regional management to ensure clear communication and shared goals are reached promptly and within timeframes.
CA/CPA qualification is preferred, but not essential.
