Job Description This role will offer you exposure to a variety of insolvency and corporate recovery assignments. Your responsibilities will include: intrinsically involved in managing formal administrations; Conducting due diligence and investigations; Preparation of statutory reports; Arranging the divestment of assets; Liaising with external stakeholders including bankers, lawyers and creditors; Leading and developing junior staff, and; assist in identifying new opportunities. The Successful Applicant You will be CA qualified and will have proven experience at the supervisory or senior level in restructuring and insolvency work. You will possess strong financial analysis skills and will be able to lead and motivate a team of accountants. With excellent communication skills and an ability to easily build rapport, you will be able to manage a wide range of assignments.
