Reporting directly to the Managing Director the successful application will provide proactive management and financial accounting advice to the MD and Board of Directors as well as manage day to day finances of the Australian group.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Revenue, cost, stock and variance analysis
• Monthly and quarterly profit and loss reporting
• Margin review and analysis
• Cash flow analysis, variance analysis and cost accounting
• Process improvement within the accounting and management functions
• Payroll processing

Suitable candidates will have the following to offer:

• Completed tertiary qualification within the Accounting / Finance sector
• Previous experience within a manufacturing / FMCG industry would be highly advantageous
• Strong computer literacy skills - ERP / MRP accounting system
• Experience in management reporting and interpretation, taxation
• Experience in managing a small accounting team
• Strong communicator who is confident and able to build strong internal working relationships.
