Our client, a highly respected Government agency is currently seeking an experienced EL1 Finance & Administration Manager to join their supportive team for a 12 Month contract, commencing ASAP. Reporting to the Director, the Finance & Administration Manager will assist with tracking & reporting the expenditure of a branch.
Duties:
- Prepare project costings
- Prepare the branch's internal budget and forecasts
- Manage a team of 3 accountants
- Monitor and comment on the monthly expenditure of the branch
- Steward and manage the financial delegations
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Previous internal budget or management reporting experience
- Previous experience within the public sector in a similar role
- Minimum BASELINE Security Clearance is required
Australian Citizens with a current BASELINE Security Clearance or higher is essential.
