About the role:
With a stable team and very down-to-earth, approachable Finance Manager, this is certainly a role for someone keen to become involved in the business and its operations. You will be liaising closely with production managers and operations staff, as well
as working closely with the Finance Manager, to ensure the smooth-running of the finance function.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- EOM reporting and analysis journals, accruals/prepayments, reconciliations
- Tax compliance (including tax reconciliations/schedules, BAS and FBT collation)
- Fixed Asset and Capex Register maintenance
- Expenditure review and audit for major projects
- Ad-hoc financial analysis as required
- Annual Operating Plan and Energy Reporting (assist Finance Manager)
- Internal control review and maintenance (including assisting with audit procedure)
About you:
With at least 3-5 years' experience in commercial or chartered accounting, you will studying towards your CA/CPA and ready for a new challenge!
