About the role:
This is a diverse, hands-on role with plenty of opportunities for you to focus on improving and streamlining internal procedures. This will certainly be much appreciated and supported by the FC and his busy team.
In addition, your primary responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly financial/management/board reporting and analysis
- Assisting the CEO and FC in preparing year-end audited GPFRs and annual report
- Assisting with/improving the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Providing input into business plans and strategic decision-making
- Compiling tax and other statutory compliance work (BAS, FBT, SGC, Income Tax, etc)
- Undertaking regular funding and acquittals reporting
- Lead and oversee the junior finance/clerical team
- Assist with the year-end audit
About you:
This position would suit an experienced all-rounder with the desire
make a positive impact and think laterally to solve problems/add value
to the organisation.
Your solid experience in financial/management reporting will be highly-regarded, and your partial/full CA or CPA qualifications essential.
