SAP - Customer Service Officer

Due to an increase in work volumes this leading global organisation based on the South side is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts / Customer Service Officer. In this position you will enjoy working within the busy environment and also being part of a friendly team. You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of accounts based tasks as well as utilising your excellent customer service skills to assist with customer invoice queries.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
  • Customer enquiries
  • Process orders in SAP
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Produce month end reports

To be considered for this role you will require:
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and a can do attitude

We are also seeking applicants who are enthusiastic and who enjoy working within a busy environment. Having a working knowledge of SAP system is also essential. This role is being offered as an initial 2 month temporary position with the possibility of extension.
