We are currently seeking a suitable skilled Accounts Assistant to join the team. The primary focus of this role is to provide efficient and effective Accounting support to the Financial Accountant. Key Responsibilities include: - Manage the Accounts Payable
- Manage Accounts Receivables
- Enter Payment and General journals in the general ledger
- Maintain the General Ledger and obtain the Trial Balance at the end of the month
- Upload the monthly accounts
- Support purchasing activities, by maintaining pricing master data in site database
- Maintenance of Standard costs for manufactured inventory items
- Reconcile the company bank account
- Raise Debit notes / Credit notes
- Process petty cash vouchers for reimbursement
- Raise purchase orders for non stock items including stationery requirements for the site.
- Support in-house payroll activities /Process pay roll
We are looking for an experienced, accounting professional currently undertaking or in completion of an Advanced Diploma of Accounting. You will have proven hands on experience in a similar role and have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and in a small team environment.
