Your week could look like this:

  • Processing and verifying large volumes of invoices
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices against purchase orders
  • Solve any problematic invoicing issues
  • Process paymentsin a timely manner ensuring suppliers are paid correctly
  • High volume Data entry - Reynolds and Reynolds accounting system
  • Handling supplier queries

What you need to have and what you need to do:

  • Solid accounts payable experience in a large organisation
  • Previous experience processing high volume accounts payable of at least 3 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification not required
  • Competent Microsoft skills
  • Customer service attitude
