Walker Andersen accounting is looking for an Accounts Payable officer to assist a Global Energy organisation. You'll have the ability to work on your own, however, reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant.
Your role will involve:

Manage all functions of account payable

Monthly bank and general ledger reconciliationMatching, Batching and Coding high volume invoices

Process employee and TT payments

Ensure compliance with accounting deadlines

Petty Cash Maintenance

Liaise with supplier and internal departments

BAS and other tax report
Due to the high level of importance in this role you will need to have extensive Accounts Payable experience within an SME environment, be able to deal with complex invoices and have the confidence and initiative to resolve errors or discrepancies.
You will need to have a minimum of four years experience working in the Australian Market.
