Our Client a leading Global Oil and Gas Company, currently require an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator who will be part of the integral central finance team and be able to commit to a six month plus temporary assignment.
Your main duties will be:
Updating and processing invoices and work requests, knowledge of the Ariba system would be advantageous
Check all invoices for compliance against the company regulations and other regulatory standards
Verify rates to contracts for relevant invoices
Act as liaision point between internal and external stakeholders re invoicing matters
High volume of accounts payable transactions
Skills required:
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounts payable
A knowledge of electronic procurement system would be advantageous
Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
Reconcilliation of accounts and excellent data entry
Ariba system knowledge advantageous.
