A rare opportunity is now available for an experienced and highly professional Accounts Payable Consultant to sit within the Accounts Team and provide financial administrative support. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your primary responsibility will be:
 
  • Coding and processing high volume loads of invoices
  • Matching purchase orders to invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements and orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal staff on invoice related queries
  • Assisting the accounts receivable team when required
  • Ad Hoc administrational duties

The successful candidate will be admin savvy with a minimum of 18 months proven experience within an accounts payable team. A background in the Not-For-Profit, health or housing industry would be advantageous, however not essential. Essential to the role will be your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as your team focused attitude.
