Our client located in the Chullora area is seeking an experienced full function Accounts Receivable/CreditControlOfficer to join their growing team!
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your mainresponsibilities will include:-

Invoicing
-
Allocations
-
Collection of monies owing on the ledger
-
Respond to customer queries and enquiries
-
Reconciliation of accounts as required
-
Receipting all EFT payments, cheques and cash sales
-
Credit notes
-
Manage Credit Applications for new accounts
-
Trade references
-
Maintain Accounts Receivable systems
-
Send monthly statements to all customers
Ideal candidate;
-
FMCG experience, not essential, however favourable
-
Intermediate Excel Skills
-
Experience using an ERP system
You will have a minimum of3-5 years experience in a similar role, clear communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
