This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known, leader in its' field. Due to company growth our client is seeking a Collections Officer/Credit Controller to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be a highly driven, hands-on, team player with demonstrated Credit Control/Collections experience who thrives in a fast paced evironment.
The primary function of your role is to provide timely and professional collections on accounts on a daily basis.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your role will involve:
- High volume collections and follow up of accounts
- Negotiating payments for outstanding accounts
- Set up and maintenance of customer accounts
- Co-ordination of dispute resolution with both internal and external customers
- Handling daily queries with both inernal and external customers
- Reconciliations
- Build effective relationships with both internal and external customers
- Adhoc duties as required
You will have the ability to identify and define existing problems, excellent attention to detail, a self starting approach and motivation to succeed.
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Demonstrated Collections experience (3 years minimum)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office packages
- A strong customer service focus
