Credit Controller - 12 Month Contract

Reporting to the Credit Manager, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Controller to join the dynamic team within this fast paced organisation.
You will support the Credit Manager in maintaining the credit control function for the group as well as assist in the setting up and processing account invoices, refunds, account enquiries etc. in accordance with legislation and in a timely and accurate manner.
As astrong relationship builder you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintain documentation and provide relevant resident statistical information as requested along with working on various one off projects.
Your role will involve:
• Assist Business Managers/Facility Managers in ensuring that facilities co-operate and assist in the collection process of overdue accounts
• Maintain and ensure integrity in credit collection process
• Investigation and analysis of individual overdue debtor amount
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders such as third party payers
Desirable experience:
• Previous experience in accounts receivable/credit control in a high volume environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in working in an organisation with multiple sites
• Deadline and results focussed
• High level of drive, motivation & initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator
