This large multinational located in Homebush, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join accounts team on a temp, and hopefully perm basis. The company & brand have an excellent name in the industry, and a great reputation to work for. The majority of their workforce are long term employees, so tenure is something the company holds highly.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, this position is a full function role with a heavy emphasis on customer service, and accuracy. It is a high volume ledger, and it also contains some large major accounts with high dollar values. The majority of the work required revolves around allocation of payments & reconciling accounts, but there will also be collection and customers service calls involved. You will also need to process receipts, EFT payments, cheques etc and monitor the billing and accuracy of statement information. You will need to handle customer enquiries and monitor accounts that have any discrepancies or irregularities.

Your Profile
The successful candidate will have solid Accounts Receivable experience, ideally with a large company, handling similar high dollar accounts. You will have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills. You will be able to liaise with people at all levels of business and build solid internal relationships quickly. You will need to hit the ground running, so experience on a large ERP such as Oracle or SAP will be a plus. The role is to start within the next week or so.
