An international leader in their field, this highly successful multinational organisation has welcomed continued growth and expansion over the last few years.  A rewarding employer, they are now offering a chance to be part of their growing accounts team for 6 months with another 6 month extension.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will involve, but not limited to; processing of retrieval requests of credit cards, credit card disputes, compilation of valid documentation for declined chargeback's, written and phone communications with merchants and daily reconciliations of settlement reports.

Ideally you will have experience and sound knowledge working with credit card chargeback, voucher retrieval processing and an understanding of chargeback reason codes and timeframes.  You will be energetic, self-motivated, and display exceptional communication skills.  Oracle experience preferred but not essential.
