This company is a very dynamic organisation with multiple divisions, large projects and ongoing growth.

Market research has shown that this company is a preferred employer with high retention statistics. As a result of their growth, this is a newly created position to provide analytical support including Capital Planning, Project Control and Pricing.

Reporting to the Corporate Finance/Commercial Manager your duties will include:

• Coordinating capital expenditure budget and forecasts including preparation or templates, collation and analysis of final results
• Providing capital planning and project related financial support to business units, and act as a key resource to the Planning and Projects team
• Assisting stakeholders to achieve corporate objectives by developing, maintaining and modifying existing and new financial tools
• Ensuring all required monthly reporting and analysis is completed accurately and on time
• Working with the Management Accountant to ensure Capital and Project related data is accurate - reporting, analysis, review and ongoing development
• Participating in developing and reviewing project approvals and submissions
• Assisting in the development, maintenance and compliance of all project related controls

Skills and experience required:

• Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis
• Ability to critically assess and analyse complex situations
• Exposure to project management or infrastructure advantageous
