As the business is rapidly expanding, the Managing Director requires a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant who is seeking an autonomous role and has flexibility to work on a part-time basis for 3 days per week (days are flexible). We are looking for someone who shows strong initiative and proven examples of having outstanding organisation skills. The key responsibilities of the role include: • Accounts Payable & Receivable • Banking & Account Reconciliations • Preparation of Payroll for processing (ie. Timesheets) • Assisting with BAS • Attend and provide minutes for Weekly meetings • Reporting • Preparation of Quarterly Newsletters • General Admin duties Skills and Knowledge you need to bring to this role; • Strong Admin and accounts experience • Ability to multi task with exceptional organisational skills • Strong knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel and Publisher • Strong competency using MYOB (preferable V11) If you are looking for an opportunity to work with a growing company and have the experience listed above, please forward your resume immediately.
