This international tactical apparel and equipment distributor provides products that exceed the needs of their customers with functional innovation while delivering exceptional value.

As the business is rapidly expanding, the Managing Director requires a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant who is seeking an autonomous role and has flexibility to work on a part-time basis for 3 days per week (days are flexible).

We are looking for someone who shows strong initiative and proven examples of having outstanding organisation skills.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Banking & Account Reconciliations
• Preparation of Payroll for processing (ie. Timesheets)
• Assisting with BAS
• Attend and provide minutes for Weekly meetings
• Reporting
• Preparation of Quarterly Newsletters
• General Admin duties

Skills and Knowledge you need to bring to this role;

• Strong Admin and accounts experience
• Ability to multi task with exceptional organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel and Publisher
• Strong competency using MYOB (preferable V11)
