As a partner to the MD you will be given an opportunity to make your mark. Working closely with the MD, you will be mentored and groomed as a potential successor to his role. Key accountabilities will include ownership of financial and IT functions including adherence with statutory compliance and corporate reporting, caretaking of all internal controls for the division, ensuring the safeguarding of all group assets and stakeholder interests in the business, managing, coaching and mentoring a team of qualified and unqualified staff and providing insight for opportunities to create business enhancements.

The successful candidate must hold a CPA/CA and it is imperative that you have extensive experience working within heavy manufacturing/industrial organisations. Naturally, you have a strong proven ability to coach and mentor a team effectively and have a passion for adding value in all areas. Effective communication skills and the ability to present to a wide executive team are also essential.
