Exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller who enjoys a challenge, to work for this reputable Global company, high volume witha friendly work environment;
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:-

High Volume collections and follow up of accounts
-
Negotiating payments for outstanding accounts
-
Set up and maintenance of customer accounts
-
Co-ordination of dispute resolution with both internal and external customers
-
Handling daily queries with both internal and external customers
-
Reconciliations
-
Build effective relationships with both internal and external customers
-
adhoc duties as required
To be considered for this role you will have:
-
Minimum of 2-3 years collection experience
-
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-
High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Highly organised
-
Intermediate level of Microsoft office packages
-
Good customer service skills
-
Experience using SAP or ERP system, preferred not esstential
