This is a newly created role and has come about due to the corporate restructure of a well- established Australian business. It is an excellent opportunity to build upon your credit management background and to play a key role in improving sales, profitability, processes and systems of a key business unit.

The scope of your involvement is extremely varied. Working closely with the COO and other members of the senior management team you will take ownership of business development and client relationship management activities, from strategy to implementation. In addition you will run the day to day activities of the collections function, dealing with the recovery of secured and unsecured debt. More specifically your duties will include growing the business through client development, managing operations through maintaining effective workflows, achieving budgets and developing effective systems, employee management, risk compliance and negotiation of terms.
