Your role will include:
- Process payments, accurately and efficiently
- Collection on due and overdue accounts
- Processing credit violations
- Processing daily banking
- Follow up any customer direct deposit issues with bank
- Issue RTD letters and other relevant correspondence
- Liaise with customers regarding claims
- Liaise with sales team regarding adjustments and other claims
- Database maintenance
- Handling customer enquiries as necessary
- Checking trade references in new account applications
- Ensure policies & procedures are adhered to
- Assist Credit Manager as required
You will have:
- Minimum two year experience working within accounts receivable/credit role
- Intermediate to Advanced excel skills
- SAP experience preferred but not essential
- The ability to be accurate and concise
- Excellent time management
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional communication and presentation
