This leading Energy Company continues to dominate their market sector. A well known brand name, this client is widely seen as an employer of choice. Due to an internal promotion, there is now a mandate to recruit an impressive Finance Lead for their high performance Financial Operations team.

Reporting to the General Manager Financial Operations, this business critical role is responsible for ensuring the accurate monthly accounting, financial and management reporting for the corporate business units. Directly managing two Accountants, you will support each of the corporate business functions in understanding how their business is performing against  budget, highlighting where improvement opportunities may exist and in making commercial decisions. You will also monitor and provide KPI reports and analysis to assist the business to analyse its progress against the achievement of the business plan objectives.

CA/CPA qualified, you will have Big 4 or 2nd Tier Chartered Accounting experience complimented with recent Financial/Management accounting experience gained in a complex industry environment. As a switched on and technically adept Accountant, you will have the ability to develop and foster close working relationships within the business to facilitate the accurate and timely flow of information and supporting analysis.
