In this progressive environment, a newly created Finance and Administration Manager has been created. Job Description Responsibilities will include: - Provide leadership, development and mentoring to all administration staff
- Support the Area General Manager
- Ensure compliance at Regional and Depots level with all prescribed internal controls
- Assist the annual statutory audit and other control requirements
- Facilitate planning - revenue, costs and people
- Assist in cost control management at regional levels
- Key contact for reporting, development and analysis
- Assist in preparing and tracking budgets and forecasting
The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will ideally be a qualified accountant with a background managing both junior finance and administration staff. You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to work closely with senior management. You will be a strong problem solver with experience working autonomously.
