Our client is a well respected and high profile listed property funds and development business. Currently a need has arisen for an experienced FC, fund accountant to join the team on a long term contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
The role will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for the:-

Monthly/quarterly/annual investor reporting

Supervision of the fund accountant
-
Ensuring the bank reconciliations are completed
-
BAS statements lodged
-
Monthly unit pricing
-
Liaise with development teams and fund managers
-
Ensure all tax reporting requirements are met including annual income tax returns
To be considered for this role you MUST be CA/CPA qualified with extensive experience working within property funds. You will be a hands on, technically skilled individual with outstanding communication skills.
