Due the growth this company has experienced in its Australasian Headquarters, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Accounts Clerk to join thier team. With onsite parking and/or close proximity to the train station this Company offers modern offices with a spectacular break out area for relaxation.
You will be responsible for: - Compile and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are adhered to
- Prepare, develop and maintain financial and management reports
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly quarterly and year end
- Implementation, monitor and maintenance of accounting procedures
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Support budget and forecast activities
- Monitor and support taxation issues
- Financial audit preparation
- Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient resources and procedures
- Analyze and advise on business operations
To secure this role, you will have: - 1 years + local experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
- University graduate preferred but not essential
- Accounting certificate preferred
- CPA certification (partly completed or desire to commence)
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet software & mainframe systems (Oracle is highly regarded)
- Strong verbal, written, analytical & interpersonal skills
- High organisation ability
- A positive attitude & team orientated manner
