Join one of Australia's finest financial institutions. Working as a product specialist/business development manager you will be the subject matter expert for the relationship managers to call upon.
This position already has a clear strategy, vision, and business plan in place for where you will look for business, which companies you will target and how you will farm the existing client base to capitalise on share of wallet.
This role is for a proven commercial specialist. You need to understand commercial lending, understand credit around commercial lending. In particular you need be strong with respect to working capital solutions and trade finance.
Ideally you will be used to working in middle market corporate space dealing with companies who have a T/O of $50M - $500M.
If you are not already a specialist in this area then you will need to have exposure to manufacturing and wholesale clients, import and exporters.
The position is located in the Sydney CBD however due to nature of the role you will be out of the office visiting referral partners, seeing clients for the bulk of your day
It is essential you have the following background
- Commercial Lending Experience
- Cash Flow Financing /Working Capital/Trade Finance exposure
- Proven experience in sourcing new deals, and bringing new referrer's on board
- Currently working for a major financial institution
- Proven ability to hit and exceed your targets
This is a great role for someone who is confident of their knowledge in the corporate space and wants more of an acquisition/business development role as opposed to a traditional relationship management role.
