Operating within relevant legislation, our Case Managers work with the injured worker, employer, health care and service partners to strategically plan and assist the delivery of sustainable return to work outcomes. You will provide a range of quality case management services to our clients. You will have a client service background preferably gained within an insurance, case management, occupational rehabilitation, clinical, or legal environment. A qualification in allied health is desirable. You will be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills and an ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people. With strong analytical and problem solving skills, you have the ability to make decisions based on sound judgement. You will be able to perform all administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner, with the ability to work well under pressure. You must have a strong customer focus, organisational skills and the desire to work within a multi-disciplinary team. Current/previous Workers Compensation experience will be most highly regarded.
