My client is a family owned and operated business who is seeking a experienced Funeral Industry Personnel after internal renovation and recently experiencing high demand. As expected the successful candidate must be experience in the funeral industry and have a demonstrated sensitivity to people who are grieving, emotional maturity with insightfulness and empathy for all types of people. To be successful for this role you must:
- have experience in the mortuary field or
- have experience in funeral arranging or
- have experience in the funeral industry
- have a clean driving record with an open licence
- have a police clearance or be able to pass a clearance
- be a Justice of the Peace or be prepared to undertake qualification
- be able to strictly adhere to the company's vision and mission, values and ethics and code of conduct.
- be able to work within a team environment
- have basic computer literacy skills
- be able to be placed on a after hours on call roster
As this is a family owned business and it would be helpful but not necessary if the candidate had experienced in all areas of the funeral industry including the mortuary field and be prepared to assist with on call removals and funeral services.
