Our client, a leader in their field is currently seeking a 1st level support analyst to join their busy team. You will be the first point of contact for over 8,000 users’ nation wide and will provide 1st level support across a range of issues including MS Office, Windows, Active Directory, MS Exchange as well as a range of in house applications. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong customer service ethic. Key Skills Required: - 2+ years experience providing 1st level support
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting MS Office Suite, Windows Server 2003, MS Exchange and Active Directory
- Experience using Service Management tools such as Infra, Heat or Remedy
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and software (Windows XP, Office)
- Previous experience in a customer service role with a strong customer service ethic
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications and ITIL certification would be desirable
