Due to an internal promotion we currently have a position vacant with a leading corporate health insurance provider located in South Melbourne. In this role you will be handling inbound queries from corporate health clients regarding their cover. These queries may include change of address, queries of coverage, needing an understanding on how to forward a claim or any general query regarding their cover. In this role you will be expected to service all members to the best of your ability to ensure a positive, first call resolution has occurred each and every time. To ensure that you are able to provide this service there is no AHT – it is all about the quality and accuracy. We are looking for top performers that consistently have reached high scores within compliance, can provide a positive customer experience as well as bring a fresh and positive attitude to the team. As well we are looking for people that can take ownership and accountability for each call and problem. You will need to be available to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am – 7pm Monday – Friday.
