My client, an Industry Leader in Business Analytics is looking for a Infrastructure Architect to provide high level technical design on client sites and infrastructure making sure implementation expectations of the client are met and surpassed. As the successful Infrastructure Architect you will work closely alongside the consulting practice and provide detailed infrastructure evaluation.

Position responsibilities:

- provide detailed architecture of the client site
- liaise with the client regarding their requirements
- provide detailed architecture documentation to hand over to the installation and configuration team
- provide general oversight on longer term projects to make sure initial design is being delivered
- visit existing clients who are looking to upgrade or add more users and provide detailed design
- deliver project tasks on time and within budget
- liaise closely with the implementation team

Position requirements:

- excellent infrastructure architecting principles - networking, hardware ect
- solid infrastructure design skills
- Data Warehousing, BI, Reporting or Analytics experience
- understanding of J2EE concepts
- experience in a Professional Services environment
- excellent Customer Relationship skills
- excellent time management skills
