Working with HR you will assist in overseeing the weekly payroll in conjunction with an outsourced provider and report to the People & Performance Advisor. You will ensure that the weekly payroll in the short term is managed in an accurate and timely manner. You will have a central role in assisting the retail stores with payroll administration and system queries, providing prompt and courteous customer support and service. In addition you will assist with HR administrative queries including award interpretation and work with the outsourced provider to troubleshoot day to day issues. You will be an experienced payroll administrator and ideally have multiple payroll systems experience and/or the ability to learn new systems quickly. Alesco experience is not mandatory but it is a preference for this role. A working knowledge of Time and Attendance (Kronos) is mandatory.
