Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join a highly successful team initially on a contract basis.
The position will be based in Melbourne, Please note - you will need to be prepared for travel nationally.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Project Administration – There will high level administration covering multiple projects
  • Project Documentation
  • Project Coordination
  • Project Scheduling – including scheduling and coordination resources on client projects
  • An understanding of Project Management and formal methodologies would be advantageous
  • Working across multiple systems and technologies

The skills & experience you'll need:

Mandatory

  • Extensive experience within Project coordination
  • Resource scheduling and management
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Administration of project engagement on multiple projects
  • High level client engagement, management, liaison & support
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Strong documentation skills
  • The ability to work across numerous systems
  • An above average business level of written and oral professional communication

Desirable

  • Formal Project Management methodologies
  • Degree qualified
  • Some formal education (e.g. ITIL, etc)
