Due to unprecedented growth an opportunity has become available for a dedicated Payroll Officer to join the team based in Toowong. Working as part of a close knit and friendly team, you will be responsible for processing monthly pays for approx. 2500 employees using the Aurion system. These employees will be based around Australia & New Zealand. The Role You will be responsible for but not limited to; • Being accountable for the delivery of contracted payroll services to multiple customers • Responsibility for responding and actioning all customer requests within agreed Service Level timeframes • Complete a Trial and Final Pay that is 100% accurate and delivered according to SLA obligations • Carry out end of pay, month and year reporting and remitting requirements in a timely and accurate manner. The Person To be successful you will be able to demonstrate: • Exceptional knowledge of key payroll principles and processes. • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret an award or Certified Agreement. • Ability to interpret & calculate taxation tables, leave liabilities and accruals. • Experience in Aurion will be highly regarded! You will also have experience working in a fast moving, high volume, complex payroll environment. You will have the ability to resolve sensitive and competing payroll enquiries whilst delivering a high level of customer service.
