Significant growth over the last 18 months has seen this global giant not only expand as a business, but require skilled professionals to join their National Operations during a period of considerable change. Demands have increased on their systems, their resources and the need to attract new talent and they now require an experienced systems savvy Payroll Officer or Payroll Support Officer to support areas right across the business. The primary focus for the SAP Payroll Data Cleanser is to maintain data integrity and structure of the payroll system, whilst developing strong relationships across the business to provide ongoing administrative, analytical and ad hoc systems support. Additionally, you will be a key resource amongst the wider payroll team for Customer Service queries, quality related tasks and all payroll compliance queries. With large scale changes within the business from a systems perspective and the relocation to brand new offices, there will be ongoing project and ad hoc payroll administrative queries that you will also be required to attend to. This position is fast paced, a little chaotic at times and will require someone who not only thrives on a busy environment, but enjoys being the "go to" person for payroll related queries and has the mindset to put the business first and the rewards will follow later. As an employer of choice, this organisation is well recognised for putting their people first in return and has built its culture around team work and maintaining a high level of professionalism both internally and externally. To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated payroll experience within a large environment, have sound knowledge of payroll legislation, be a committed team player and be highly organised, proactive and have impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Candidates that have worked with several databases, complex systems and large ERP's such as SAP or Payglobal will be highly regarded.
