Duties and responsibilities range from:

• Data entry and processing of fortnightly payroll runs
• Reporting on a fortnightly basis
• Adequate filing and system upkeep of finance records
• Handle and manage all payroll related queries internally and externally
• Managing up to 2,000 staff payroll

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in a large team or sole payroll position
• Managed a payroll run for more than 2,000 people
• Internal or external system exposure
• Quick and accurate data entry skills, numeric or alphanumeric
• Working knowledge of laws and legislation surrounding Payroll within Australia
• Experience running fortnightly payroll reports
• Ability to work very well under pressure and adhering to strict payroll deadlines
