Our client is a Global Leader in their field and due to the huge workload, is now sourcing for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their Monthly Payroll team. Located on St Kilda Rd, this is a full time role working within a large, stable team who not only value team work, but pride themselves on strong work ethics. Your duties will include: - Processing a large monthly pay run
- Processing relevant back pays
- HR administration
- Customer query management
- Other duties as required
To be suitable for this role you must have: - Proven experience within a large payroll environment (2-3 years minimum)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with senior stakeholders, executives and internal staff
- The ability to work in a large team environment as well as autonomously
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
Large ERP experience is essential and applicants with experience using SAP or CHRIS21 will be highly regarded however, your positive attitude and ability to work in a high volume atmosphere is what will make you stand out.
