As Payroll Consultant you will be accountable for the delivery of contracted payroll services to multiple customers. Employing your skill in dealing in a fast moving, high volume, complex payroll environment, you will provide legislative compliant payroll services to meet contracted service level agreements and quality standards.

An experienced and knowledgeable payroll professional, your responsibilities will include:

• Reading, interpreting and applying award or Certified Agreement information
• Understanding and interpreting taxation tables and guidelines and advising clients accordingly
• Calculating tax offset, superannuation, leave liabilities and accruals
• Completing 100% accurate Trial and Final Pay delivered in accordance to SLA obligations
• Carrying out end of pay, month and year reporting

Leveraging your well-honed problem solving and analytical skills, you will identify and escalate potential service delivery issues to ensure an optimal level of service to our clients. Your demonstrated commitment to service excellence will see you responding and actioning all customer requests within agreed Service Level timeframes, and your attention to detail will result in a high level of accuracy at all times.
