Your role reports to the Deputy Director of HR, and would include: - Full Payroll Management, very large and complex payroll
- Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of 15
- Achieve operational excellence in the delivery of payroll services
- Participate in projects to implement effective and consistent processes
- Audit and risk compliance
- Annual and long service leave reports
- Reduce overpayments, offline payments and data integrity issues
- Manage the preparation and distribution of Employment Contract Renewals and Due to End notifications
- Superannuation payments
- Build effective relationships across the business
- Maintain the integrity of the payroll system
- Develop metrics for process improvements
Your experience and qualification would include: - A relevant HR or Accounting degree
- Extensive payroll management experience within a large multi national or complex national corporate environment
- SAP experience beneficial
- Extensive HR legislative knowledge
