We are looking to appoint a Career Receptionist in our Support Services Team in Brisbane.
Experience as receptionist is essential and the role will suit someone who has a genuine interest and has a desire to be the Best Receptionist in Brisbane.
The Role
Under the direction and supervision of the Facilities Manager, the primary role of the position is to provide the firm with highly professional reception services including call management, greeting clients and other visitors to the office.
The Receptionist will embrace the firm values are incorporated them into their own work culture so that these values become part of their working life demonstrating the way we do business around here.
The Receptionist will act in a highly professional way at all times and treat clients, prospects, referral sources and colleagues, as they would want to be treated.
The role will include activities involving all or some of the following responsibilities:

In accordance with Work Instructions for Telephone System, receive and distribute incoming phone calls and forward detailed messages when calls can not be forwarded

Meet and greet visitors to reception and advising necessary parties of their arrival.

Update and maintain data base system
-
Update and maintain Sick/Annual leave registers
-
Update and maintain Reception manual (A-Z, 123)

Client deletion from APS
-
Advise and distribute from follow up file
-
Arrange client car parking
-
Open, stamp, enter, photocopy and distribute incoming assessments
-
Sort daily filing alphabetically for Filing Clerk
-
Monitor and coordinate board room, interview room and training room bookings
-
Ensure security of premises
-
Comply and assist in the development of systems and processes that will ensure work is performed to the highest professional standard in accordance with the policies and procedures of the firm.
