Our client requires multiple Customer Service Officers to attend to customer enquiries involving the correction of irregularities, exceptions and errors with customer accounts. Your main focus will be resolving customer account issues. Your duties will include: - Maintaining a high level of service to customers and stakeholders by providing timely and accurate technical advice
- Providing support to frontline partners through the analysis of system and account
- Researching, identifying and correcting anomalies in accordance with accounting and financial policies and standards and reconciling to computer generated balances
- Co-ordinating the acquisition, holding, distribution, disposal and write-off of trading stock, fixed assets and accounts receivable
