Now Careers is currently recruiting a Project Managerfor their client an International Project Management Consultancy to join thePerthteam.
This client has offices located throughout Australiaand have demonstrated experience across most sectors including Health, Commercial; Retail, Residential and Institutional projects. Due to a Project Manager relocating to another of their Interstate offices a new opportunity.
This role would see you join the existing team and work across a range of projects either under a Project Director or independently.
Key Requirements

You will have completed a Bachelor of Construction Management, Engineering or a Building related Degree

If you are a Project Manager you would have a minimum of 4-6 years experience, it is ideal that you have experience working for both the head contractor and also on the client side.

You will have experience on projects from inception through to completion including design management; client & stakeholder management, tender process & management of the head contractor

It is ideal however not essential that you have experience working on Retail, Commercial or Major Projects
