Design and Build are currently recruiting for a leading international construction consultancy. Market leaders within a number of sectors this position will provide the opportunity to develop and maintain the Defence sector as a Project Manager.

In order to apply you will ideally come from either Aviation, Government or Defence background, managed Multi-million projects to the value of $400m from inception to completion, whilst leading teams of consultants and in house staff - preferably you will have gained this experience working within the Public Sector, directly or indirectly and have a thorough understanding of policies and procedures that surround such public organisations. 

Key skills and qualifications required

• BSc in a relevant degree, Construction / Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture
• Be a member of The Association of project Mangers or another relevant body
• Multi stakeholder management
• Major project experience to the value of $100million
• Business development skills, winning and biding for new work
• Ideally have some Public sector / defence / aviation experience
