Our Client

Our client is a multi-discipline engineering and project management consultancy based in Perth. This is a high level role within an expanding EPCM client. Due to an increase in work load due to project award our client is looking for a qualified Mechanical Project Engineer who will form part of the core engineering team.

The Role

The role will report into the Project Manager and the main responsibility will be to ensure project designs meet specific project requirement throughout the project lifecycle. The role will also involve developing technical specifications for equipment and developing defined scopes of work. A background in contract management and preparing budget estimates would also be beneficial.

Our client is involved in mining and construction projects throughout Australia and the successful candidate must have experience in these fields. Experience in Mineral/Iron Sands, Magnetite and Gold process plants would be beneficial. Past EPCM experience preferred.

Qualifications and Experience

8+ years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering and/or Mechanical Project Engineering

Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Past EPCM experience
