An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active and professional Revenue Analyst to join the Crown Hotels team. The Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the Revenue Manager (and broader Hotels management team) in the provision of high quality and insightful reporting and analysis. This includes the production of regular daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting. Through detailed analysis, the Revenue Analyst identifies trends in guest booking and stay behaviours that will allow the Revenue Manager to recommend and implement appropriate selling strategies in order to maximise revenue. What you need: - Strong experience and understanding of hotel operations
- Strong business acumen and understanding of consumer psychology
- Demonstrated ability to extract, interpret and analyse raw data
- Strong mathematical ability
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of analysis tools and techniques
- Extensive data analytical experience in analysis, profiling and report generation
- Capable in the use of analytical software packages such as Cognos, Ideas, Visions and the use of and application of various analytical techniques is preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills are essential
