My client is a market leader in its field and is looking for a suitably qualified HR professional to join the team on a 12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. This advisory role will require you to use your HR skills to effectively manage the HRM functions Australia wide, and align these functions with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: - implementation of national ER initiatives and strategy
- Diagnosing workforce requirements needed to achieve growth within the business
- Identifying Human Resource needs
- Provision of appropriate and quality advice on HR policy, employment legislation, and relevant awards/industrial agreements
- Writing a report of assessment and recommendation for each business
- Relevant administration
- Effectively managing internal and external relationships
- Assisting with change management and implementation of new HRM functions
To be successful, you will need to posses: - Relevant tertiary qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a generalist HR role
- A bright, friendly personality combined with great intuition and empathy
- Well developed critical and lateral thinking ability
- Outstanding communication
- A desire to impart your knowledge as well as learning new ideas
